It all started with our family—and a pickup truck.

I started learning the trade as a teenager in 1985 working with my uncle. I loved the work and picked up each new skill with enthusiasm. I gained more experience working for different companies until I jumped in with both feet. I paid for an add in the phone book and my wife, Terri, and I waited for the phone to ring. And it did! In fact, it hasn’t stopped ringing since that day in 1993. As soon as they were old enough, our two sons, Joey and Tate, began working with us. And as our business grew, so did our crew. As our crew grew, so did our family. We aren’t all related by blood but by a love for what we do and a passion for helping people.
